Not that I know for sure, but yes, according to Wikipedia and other sources, this is the former Infogrames. And Infogrames had all rights that belonged to the Tramiels.But Atari SA, apart from the name, have nothing to do with the Atari we love. Atari SA is the company doing the relaunch/re-imagination of the VCS and the hotel deal. I'm not even sure they hold any rights with respect to the 16/32 bit computers.
