RETRO:BYTES Lite... at last!

Post by Shaun.Bebbington »

R:B Lite is *finally* available to buy from http://www.download-trader.com or from eBay (item number #8737921450) for just £1 sterlin! It comes as a screen-res PDF. The first issue features:

> A four-page feature on Cinemaware, speaking to founder Bob Jacob,
> Four reviews (two new home-brew games and two Saturn shooters)
> Retro News
> Quotes from Margaret Thatcher
> Three previews
> A picture of a Gizmondo (for those of you who haven't seen one)
and more!

Preview pages are available on our forum over at http://www.retro-bytes.com

What are you waiting for then? Fill yourself with festive cheer and get hold of your copy.

Regards,

Shaun.

Ps, Those who have pre-ordered and paid will already have their copy in their inbox. People who have pre-ordered and are waiting for further instructions will receive an email soon.

Also, there's no ST or Atari content for this issue. But this is something that we can put right for the next.

Due to circumstances out of my control, RETRO:BYTES Lite is now no longer available to buy until further notice.

Regards,

Shaun.

The situation that led me to remove R:B Lite issue one from sale has now been resolved peacefully. Anyone wishing to purchase a copy of the revised RETRO:BYTES issue one with PayPal may do so by emailing me at shaun@retro-bytes.co.uk or looking at eBay item number 8740579710 (where I can also accept personal cheques and postal orders etc...) I hope to have it on sale via various websites soon. Many thanks for your support.

Regards,

Shaun.

This is probably hardly worth announcing, but you never know... from Christmas Eve (9am GMT) through to Tuesday 27th December (9am GMT), RETRO:BYTES Lite issue one will be 75p instead of a whole English quid! This offer will apply to the http://www.download-trader.com website and anyone wishing to email me for their copy. This will unfortunately not apply to the current eBay listing. Also, remember that the revised issue contains four bonus files (three demos and one full game), so get it while it's hot or something. And Merry Christmas from the RETRO:BYTES and Retro Trader team.

Regards,

Shaun.
