Not sure if the source code was ever available (no search hits!) so I disassembled this due to the original symbol table being intact.
Reassemblable and runnable. Oh, and there's a cheat in the source code. I'll leave that up to you to find it!
Maps not special to look at as the bonuses are generated randomly, so not included.
