Superpack game instructions booklet?

Hi there.
I've been looking for something that's not exactly a game but game-related: the Superpack 21-game bundle that came packed with STs sold in 1988 or so (the one that included games like Marble Madness and Arkanoid 2) included a booklet labeled "Game Instructions & Organiser User Guide" that apparently included the manuals for the games. Atarimania has a scan of its cover, but frustratingly not the inside pages. If anyone who has that booklet feels like firing up a scanner, that would be super. Thanks.

I have, but, my pages aren't in great shape. Many of them are actually missing text, since they were cut wrong, originally.

I've found it but it needs to be flattened under some weight for a few days before it's fit for scanning, will update in a few days.
