Poll - Interest for repro ST and Falcon boxes

Hi,

I'd like to ask if there's any interest left for another batch of the reproduction Falcon and the white box.

Both have updated graphics that is not available on github (I published earlier). These are the real deal boxes, not the heavily modified ones.

Cost would be £25/box with no inserts. Price can come down if interest is more than 30 pcs/design. This also means production unfortunately can't go ahead below these numbers. Empty boxes only, no poly inserts included.

Shipping cost, and shipping material costs are to be added. Would be shipped from UK.

I did. If I can dig out the old contact it should add around 5-7 gbp. Same style as in the linked posts. However for me it was a real hassle dealing with it. Boxes came flat packed. That is easy. 40-50 pair of inserts turning up on the doorstep wasn’t a pleasant experience. I couldn’t get them through the door without opening the packages. See photos on first link. Something I am not completely up to. Even tough I have more room now, since living elsewhere.
If the boxes go to production there might be an option to discuss.

I understand it's easier to produce just the flat box, but personally without the inserts it wouldn't be of much use for storing a machine. I would love to store my second falcon that way, but without inserts, no. I guess as a replacement box or decorative piece it would be great.

No probs, I totally get it.

I asked for new quotes for the poly inserts too.

Note: with these won't be possible to ship flat packed.

I would have put money on that you have one specially made black one for yours. Or a golden.

btw, I almost did. Dal even sent me high res photos before selling his. And mine gone too.

I run the same question in a local fb group too and there are 11 / 5 votes at the moment.

That'd mean 14 / 14 boxes. Still not enough for the quest to start.

But yes, with insert it will be better
=> 3 ST white and 1 Falcon please

For the people who make it happen, anyway. I'm still waiting on the cost.

Saw a link to this on Facebook, and joined the forum because of this post. I would certainly be interested in two boxes with polys please to keep my machines safely protected.

This seems very healthy now it seems this will happen.
Adding the other numbers (11/5 -hasn't changed) it is 26/28.
In 2 comments there is 4 and 3 ST boxes mentioned and only 1 can be voted for so pretty sure both boxes are around 30 now.

I'll publish few details later about changes, etc.

Yes, I am aware. Those are butchered from the files I made available (for personal use only) on github.

I already got 2 ST boxes, a falcon box would be a nice completion. Inserts are fine, even if I won't use them. I transport my falcon in a euro-box, which is at the same time it's storage box and dust protector.

Can do something like this (quick mock up) but every different designs need 30 minimum. So it's either 030 or this below.

But I'm not sure how others who voted already would feel about it if changing designs now.
I'm opened for any suggestions, it's for you but there will only be one kind of falcon box produced.
