IDE Port ON CTPCI

Post by tksm »

Hi.
I have problem with IDE port on CTPCI
I am using CTPCI + CT60E(with new flash).
Connection between U25 1 pin (irq) and CTPCI (IRQ pad) is made but CTPCI IDE does not recognize any drive.
Boot ver is 2.02.

Did you change the boot setting in the CT60.cpx to CTPCI-IDE?
And, of course, you can only use the CTPCI-IDE port in 060-mode. In 030-mode the Falcon can only boot from the Falcon IDE-Port or connected SCSI-drives.

I did everything, even changed cpld.
We checked with my friend Kroll every possibilities.
Finally three pci card works fine (usb 2.0, ethernet and radeon 9250 128mb.).

You can always try Insane's CT60TOS 1.05 which has support for CTPCI IDE built-in, too.
