Yeah, quite random, but I have an Atari 1040 STe which I had as a kid. Being a kid I thought it would be a great idea to put cellotape over the Atari 1040 STe badge (ruined the grey background in the process).
Anyway....it looks ugly and I want to replace it with a new/decent one. Looking for a badge which is either new old stock or in great condition pulled from a scrap machine. I don't want those weird looking replicas or the 4096 version.
Any suggestions?

Re: [WANTED] Atari 1040 STe Badge
I have a 1040STE badge that became loose from the machine because the glue had dried up, it happens to have the protective plastic cellophane thing over the top still so it's been well protected. I'll take a photo later. £10 inc. postage?

The wrinkled appearance is down to the protective film. There looks to be a bit of swarf in the middle, possibly from the manufacturing process. It doesn't look like it's marked the badge in any way but I can only tell for sure by removing the film. Up to you if you want me to do that or not.
