Hi fellow disk preservers!
Is there a central repository for Kryoflux RAW images? If not, there surely needs to be one?
I am happy to set up a Kryoflux FTP server and host. Would this be of interest if I were to set this up? I would also add disk images as I take them for my own use and the use of the community.
Cheers.
Please be advised that access to Atari Forum this coming Friday will be sporadic whilst the backend operating system and dependency upgrades are carried out.

Re: Kryoflux central repository???
There are several people doing them, but the images are hosted here, there and everywhere else. Mainly due to their size I guess.
Happy to upload the ones I've already done. But with the changes in the tools available since I last did some, it might be better for me to redo them.

I can happily host these and size isn't an issue at all. I have the capability.
Let me know if this is something that would be useful to everyone - a central repository seems the way forward?

Let's hope that there will be no problems with SPS and Kryoflux team with that. Because they have some strange policy about images done with their device.
Famous Schrodinger's cat hypothetical experiment says that cat is dead or alive until we open box and see condition of poor animal, which deserved better logic. Cat is always in some certain state - regardless from is observer able or not to see what the state is.

OK - nothing has been implemented yet.
I am sure I will get some official feedback soon ...

They're of course free to have whatever policies they want - but that does not mean they're legally enforceable.AtariZoll wrote:Let's hope that there will be no problems with SPS and Kryoflux team with that. Because they have some strange policy about images done with their device.

Was a nightmare to buy one - was like buying narcotics... ridiculous.
