Wiki section - Installing the enclosed icons

I've just read this section on the wiki ( http://www.atari-wiki.com/index.php/Ins ... osed_icons ), downloaded the zip file and extracted the deskicon.rsc & newdesk.inf to floppy. I then copied these 2 files to the root of my boot drive as instructed. However, when I boot the machine It doesn't load HDDRIVER and bombs with 3 bombs. Is there a procedure that I need to follow especially for HDDRIVER?
