Is it possible to convert an image "pasti" to a real disk can be read by an Atari ST?

Via software only - no.
With selected h/ware then it was a possibility but was still in the testing phase when Ijor was around on the forum. He still pops by occasionally but as far as I'm aware, any progress with making this available to everyone is still on-hold.
