Arrived today c/o an eBay sale last week. Seems to be complete but will upload it here once it's in a PDF and I've OCR'd the text to make it a bit smaller as it's approx 50 pages of A4 with some diagrams towards the back.

For everyone out there that may find this useful - enjoy!
My only problem with the source document is that page 3 of the 3 inside the Parts section is missing - and unfortuantely it slightly appears along-side one of the schematics but with a lot missing.
