Alan I would like to buy a Mega STe version if it ever comes about. For now I will think about the STe version but I probably won't do it as I think I won't use my 1040 for MiNT.

Some programs not run properly in Alt Ram (TT Ram) on the 68000 machine.

On a Atari TT with TT Ram there is no problem with these programs ...

Yeah, it is the helmut freemint build from 05012015 with EasyMiNT, the normal trunk has some problems on a 68000 machine ...

XaAES is 1.8.1 and the hold System is very stable, some problems with keyboard, I don´t know, perhaps buffer over run and the mfp.xdd is not working correctly.

I have some problem with applications and the 8MB Ramcard.

For example all Screen Snapshot tools not works and other tools ...

The applications works well when deactivate the two TT Ram flags with the fileinfo.cpx ...

On a Atari TT these applications works with Alternate/Fastram, I think there is missing some mirrored ST system addresses in the Alternate/Fastram ...

I´m not sure with my thoughts !?!

Is there a chance to extend the ALTRAM.PRG ?

What are the problems ? Can you explain what happens ?

I'm not sure what system addresses you are mentioning here Frank either. Can you detail what you are thinking is the problem ?

But I'm using MiNT and the 8MB card just fine.

It's worth investigating even if it's just for others.

Let me know which tool you are using and I'll see if I can find the problem.

Alan, are you building and selling this version for 1040STe ? If yes, the obvious question is "how much" ? ;)
