Getting my first atari to use with cubase, is cubase 1 enough for me?

Post by msr485 »

I'm currently using ableton, I want to move away from this and use cubase on an atari 1040ste I have found online. It comes with cubase 1 in the box with the dongle.

I'm wondering specifically if cubase 1 can program automation? especially automating midi cc changes to my synths, such as automating the cutoff freq etc.

Cubase score is what you need
Or cubase audio

Cubase 3.xx works well too.

cubase 1 and 2 are precursors that paved the way for steinbergs success...

Cubeat was some odd version wayback when i have ..doesnt seem to function logically on a ste with 4mb
