Atari World Headquarters in 2019

So recently Google bought one of old Atari buildings in Sunnyvale, CA.

I was near by and took a few photos of Atari World Headwaters on 1265 Borregas Ave.

Also 1196 Borregas Ave. which was the headquarters during Jack Tramiel times.

There appears to be Google g-bikes parked on front. I wonder whats going on in there.

Thanks for sharing those pictures.
It would be interesting to visit the storage room of that building, the basement or the cleaning room: maybe they have old Atari logos, posters, pictures, plates or any other element of the old company.

There was a blog couple years back where some enthu went and snooped around. IIRC, he said no sign of any Atari left.

For example: where are the metal letters? I don't want to think they were thrown into a landfill.

probably sold for scrap metal.....
probably melted down and is now part of an aircraft carrier.
They probably not have Tramiel photo near the toilet, so that sailors don't have to pass by him when they need to go.

Apparently the buildings are destroyed, but I don't know if there is anything left that resembles the time of Atari.

Destroyed Borregas just to turn it into a parking lot, how sad.

Street view shows a really nice building there now. It was taken on Feb 2023.
You can go back till 2011 to see the old buildings.

That would be the other building at 1196 Borregas Ave, just across the street from that building above.
The sign is at the corner of Borregas Ave and Humboldt Close. (google maps).
Go onto streetview and go back to year 2020 Feb... that was the latest date it was captured.
As Mindthreat said, it is a carpark since Oct 2021 (according to streetview).
