Off on a sillyventure of my own.
In short, mapping COMBEL pinout to 1st component connection trace.
Know many connections from memory (mine), many I've never looked at.
Other than marking up the drawings, and flipping pages back and forth, all I've done. Thought I'd corrected the pinout for the COMBEL in the field service manual, yet #1 pin "BMODE" shows as pin #4 on the schematic, so missed at least that one.
To what end is having the data in a format which easily translates the PLCC to a PGA adapter footprint. A company in the US offers the PGA adapter supposedly 1 for 1 format, and will mount the IC free with purchase.
Has anyone done this and created a "COMBEL" connection diagram or spreadsheet document?
Started with pencil in hand, realized the hours of work ahead doing so.
Falcon schematic/IC spreadsheet?

Re: Falcon schematic/IC spreadsheet?
If you ever decide to go with some CAD, I have published Eagle library with all Falcon technology in it (including COMBEL):
https://github.com/salacpavel/F030NG/tree/master/eagle
It can be converted to other EDA tools, such as KiCad or Altium.
As goes for pin 1 vs pin 4 riddle, schematic is correct. Pin 1 is not connected on actual HW, pin 4 is BMODE

For the COMBEL, see also this thread viewtopic.php?t=25331

Thank you. I remember the thread now, but didn't follow it at the time

I'm a bit more mechanical when it comes to CAD, from the dinosaur days of CADKEY on DOS

Do either of these programs import a PGA socket file and be able to route the COMBEL pinout, ie, PLCC to PGA?
Or that asking too much

Re: Falcon schematic/IC spreadsheet?
Installed Eagle, will take a look at the Falcon library.
One thing I noticed is there is no 68060 included in the Eagle library.
Anyone know if one exist elsewhere that can be imported?
