No idea how you can add more "published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject" about an Atari magazine that was never mentioned in the Guardian or on BBC News

Didn’t the last issue of ST Format mention it was starting which could be referenced, also there should be some posts on usenet announcing it?

The reviewer linked to the guidelines for magazine articles, but these were clearly written with publications like Nature in mind (should be published for a long time, cited in science, translated into multiple languages etc.) and are heavily debated. Kelstar (which has a Wikipedia entry) doesn't meet any criteria but was probably reviewed by someone less strict. Usenet posts probably don't count.

Yes, it means that the UK Atari magazine history ends with ST Format (Atari World doesn't have a Wiki page either). It's not like Atari Computing was a fanzine printed on a roll of toilet paper. It was even distributed in Germany and Sweden - with additional pages
