Best place besides ebay to score replacement ICs?
I think nearing 2018, everyone has heard of ebay. I wonder the latest and greatest places to source replacement IC chips, especially NOS. Would be great if a place that has chips for many old computers.

Agreed on Best Electronics.
I think they have them all. Bit pricey, but not a matter of choice is it?
My Falcon has been absolutely hell for me... Unreliable POS and constantly crashing and failing on me.
I gave it one last chance and I got his holyness the Czuba of France to give it one last look over before Ithrew it in the skip and it turned out to need a few chips and ever since then, its been pretty much rock solid... Stil crashes but only when booting and only because of the odd rogue app or issue, but overall its been rock solid for the first time ever in its life ( I see why the guy sold it to me now )
Good luck anyway.

Falcon060 @ 95Mhz : 16+512MB : MiNT & Jinnee
