Tested all these settings, no difference.
My settings were DMA on, TOS normal (no wait, no alert), RTL 8139 driver OFF, Fast Blitter.

Yes, double checked. CT60TOS and CPX are correct versions, too.

In what order did you mount your cards on CTPCI (assuming PCI slot no. 1 is next to the ribbon cable connectors)?
