What about the Tanis-Logos (TCB)? I really like the TCB-Toothpaste-Logo till today. The Delta-Force-Logo is striking. Or what's about the Spaz ones for the Lost Boys?
But i also agree with the vote for Niko's quality works. Really fine art-works, elaborated to the max.

Re: Best logos from the Atari ST demo/crack scenes
The Delta Force logo was really great.
When you see the 1st post with Amiga logos on the digitalista.de article, we can clearly see that the best graphic designers were on Amiga.
I did the Bastards international logo. I don't actually remember but I had probably stolen small bits of Amiga letters on this onelotek_style wrote:I'd like to know the authors of the Bastards Int., Cynix and Blade Runners logos

Wow ! I must say that I'm more than deeply impressed by your page Lotek! What dedication ! Outstanding!
I have almost no memory of all this stuff. This is extremely strange to me to see all these images. This is like it was another me in an other life. I've started browsing your archive, this is really insane, you have in your database the name of people and groups that were not so known.
