Nice conversion, Robson.
I did a (new, add.) 520 ST USB keyboard which I connected to a new, much stronger PC. This way I have an Win7 64bit ST
Take care.

Is there anything you can't do with two Atari ST PCs?

I like the DD->CD conversion !Robson wrote:Hi,
Update of my "old" config. You might notice the extra item on the picture, a converted SF354 with a slot-in DVD burner and there is also a 120GB external 2.5" IDE drive inside to extend the space of my Mediaportal config. Takes 3 USB ports in total.
Enjoy.

Re: Atari st series computers conversion PC
hi all,
I'm struggling to get a keyboard from a STF working with a teensy 2.0
I've read through these pages a dozen times, the teensy has been flashed with the firmware joska posted, the keyboard led is lit but a quick lsusb suggests there is nothing connected to the usb port!
I'm tearing my hair out here... could one of you guys who have this setup working post exactly how you got it to work? I saw a couple of posts where people had been quite descriptive of a problematic setup and then a quick "its working" later with no hint to what had been wrong in the first place. I fear I am suffering the same error!
thanks in advance

Using a microcontroller like the Atmega is definitely the easy solution. I've made such an adapter using an Atmega168 so I can use a TT keyboard with my TT. Re: Atari st series computers conversion PC
another small mod to mine:
changed the floppy LED on the keyboard to show HDD activity.

quite easy really, the led has long legs already, so it was easy to desolder from the keyboard pcb, then just attached some extra wires and glued it into place. Then connected the wires to the HDD LED pins on the motherboard.

Re: Atari st series computers conversion PC
The floppy LED is available on pin 3 on the keyboard connector, so there is no need to hack the keyboard itself to do this.
