New Monthly Magazine, contributors needed
Hi everyone,
We´re currently working on a new , monthly, Atari magazine. The mag will cover everything Atari from the 2600 to the ST, including the Jaguar, Lynx and 5200.
The team we have already mostly defected from Atari to the Commodore Amiga back in the day so whilst we feel we can comment on the Atari 8-bit we´re lacking experience with the ST.
An important part of the magazine will be homebrew, that is software, hardware and in development products that have come about long after Atari´s demise.
The magazine will be available initially in PDF format and we aim to give coverage to all of the Atari platforms. We welcome contributions from the ST community. If you have a new product in development, maybe you want to review games or software titles or even share your experiences using the ST then we want to here from you.
We can´t pay for contributions, at least initially, as this is more of a hobby than a business venture and we don´t expect to get rich out of it, but all contributors will get the magazine straight to there inbox and get to see their names in print.
There are few submission guidelines at the moment with regards to maximum words but any work submitted must be your own, original and not published recently in another publication or website. If you wrote articles years ago for now defunct magazines then feel free to submit them to us for re-publication providing you still have copyright as author.
Obviously an important aspect of the magazine will be the coverage of the Atari community as it is today and all the great products that the community have released in the last few years.
We aim to release the first issue by October.
If you have any general questions then please post them here, or feel free to message me.
Take care.

Re: New Monthly Magazine, contributors needed
I am thinking about subscribing to this online only magazine. Looks like fun.
What may have been helpful is to offer a viewable download that shows a few choice pages of the magazine so some of us can decide if we want to subscribe.
I am happy to help support small ventures like this but not interested in just re-hashes of news already found here in forums or other Atari sites. I myself am looking for content also. Content meaning stories about others using Atari computers today, step-by-step on use of various aspects of major apps still found on Atari systems, news on new stuff still being made for Atari, retro looks back at the days when Atari was still alive, etc... Something informative and fun to read.
From the little found on your website link, I am not sure what to really expect so before I spend $33 for a sub, I need to make sure the mag is something for me.
So, would be nice to see some actual content one can see in your magazine.
Thanks,
Thomas
