Sundog dilemma

Post by Jammer »

What do I do ?????
I've just bagged an eBay bargain, Sundog, boxed, unused and still in its plastic wrapper.
Do I keep it as it is and put it on the shelf as a thing of beauty (and financial investment!) or do I open it up and play it and to hell with the consequences ?????

You better play some copy - DL it from WEB. However, there are some bad 'cracks' around. It is funny, because game was not copyprotected - probably corrupted during some copy or because of writing some own messages/data on wrong place.
Sundog is especially not recommendable to play from original, as it saves positions on original disk, if it is in drive.

If I'm remembering right, there was just the disk and a manual which had a little bit of backstory in it. Maybe a registration card. No map to speak of with it.

If you do want to keep your copy immaculate, you can have a look at the manual here: http://www.lukin.com/sundog/original/manual.html

If it's that much of a dilemma, why not keep the box sealed and play it on an emulator?

Found my old manual, and in it was also an FTL logo sticker. Pretty neat looking.
