Bob Fossil's Sudokuniverse

Post by sh3-rg »

Outline game compo entry Sudokuniverse is released today. Make sure you read the doc (well, at least the fist part).

It's not the kind of RG release you are used to - there's not even an F10 to quit! It's a gfxer-powered game, but it can keep you busy when you'd rather not be cleaning the house or working on your Outline 2009 prods ;)

Thanks for the kind words.

Each boss after 10 levels gives you slightly harder puzzles, but they never really get -too- hard. I'll make some really tough ones for the 2nd game ;)

Unfortunately I hate sudoku but since I love ST graphics I'm going to play this a couple times. Thanks for the release!

Hey bullis, nobody is making you :P

The source is in there so you can scratch out the great sndh player if you like... it's all right at the top of the file, too, easy to find :) Look for the player in the dat folder, this is loaded in the cracktro part, right at the bottom. Cheers to ggn/gwem/swe for the sndh player (ggn's hack of the gwem/swe gfa one)!

I'm not a fan of Sudoku either, but loving the Boosh references. Great work!

Cheers Stickhead.

I just found the gfx I made for the end sequence today. I honestly thought I only planned them but didn't make them. There's a few screens of Rudi van Disarzio the psychedelic monk with his door head leading to the end part with suitably trippy colour cycling ;) I'll put him in the further adventures :P

I know, the box is better than the game ;) Still, Heavy has done me a big favor with that, I now have evil plans for RG games in nice little CD boxes as ghey prizes for parties & if we ever get our arses in gear again for highscores on website.
