Xilinx XACT software for Hades chips

Post by TheNameOfTheGame »

I've been working on getting a programming setup for the Hades Xilinx chips.

Currently I am looking for the Xilinx XACT software v6.01 for programming the Hades Xilinx chips. I know it's a long-shot but can anybody dig that old DOS software up somewhere?

You can probably use the latest software, they are CPLDs I think. Lab Tools I think here:

No, unfortunately you can't. The XC7000 series chips are only supported by ancient versions of Xilinx software. They are licensed are were never freely downloadable.

I've acquired the XACT 5.1.1 software, but it needs a hardware dongle that I haven't found yet.

Now looking for XACT 6.0.1 or maybe 5.2.1 which has a patch available to remove dongle requirements.
