data format .HLP Files used in pure pascal pure c

what program generates/edits .HLP files ?
these are used within the pure pascal or pure c package from system Heidelberg ?
(but have seen them in other programs)

No, its a propietary format. In the Pure-C package, there is a hc.ttp (help-compiler) that takes an ascii file with a special syntax, and generates HLP files from it. There is also a standalone pc_help.prg to view them. IIRC, similar programs are also part of Pure-Pascal.

Already English .hlp files and .hyp files floating around the internet for Pure C. I know this because my version of Pure C is 100% English.

I used google translate on printer ascii from within steem...
have like most 75% translated ...
feel about 15% is recursive, just points to a previous covered topic .....
will have something to show by Christmas time
