Agreed - there are a lot of very popular and very talented game musicians... Tim Follin as mentioned by Earx being a tremendous composer, and a lot of quite well known Japanese composers (i.e. Nobuo Uematsu!, Masashi Hamauzu, Masafumi Ogata, Junya Nakano, Yoko Kanno, Yoko Shimomura). Some of these work outside the games industry too: Harry Gregson-Williams did the great soundtracks for Spy Game and Metal Gear Solid 2.bullis1 wrote:You have a number of good points but that is simply not true. Really I wouldn't mind doing both, music and coding, but I guess that'd be economically unwise as I'd never get much done
