STeem SSE - MIDI port causing crash

Post by pongthrob »

Windows 10 Pro 64
STeem 3.9.1

Everytime I go to set up the MIDI ports in Options, Connect to (MIDI Device), and selecting an Output device works fine. Selecting an *Input device* always and consistently crashes SSE. I've tried multiple TOS images/Machine Model combinations and it makes no difference. It seems to be SSE itself that is causing the crash.

See attachment for error code.
Anyone else seeing this issue/recommendations?

Hi
Thx for the report but the place to report Steem SSE bugs is here:

It's very probably a x64-only bug, sorry about it, did you try the 32bit build?
