All the lists I've seen of menu disks for this crew start with disk four. Are the earlier disks merely 'lost' or is there some reason why the crew started with CD #4?

BBC disks 1, 2 & 3 exist. That's sure.
But they are really hard to find... Or maybe should I say they seem "totally impossible" to get
I don't know what the last issue is. Maybe 53, maybe more... And since there is no official BBC listing, I have no idea about the content of the missing disks...
