Any news on the Gamebase ST front?Goldrunner wrote:Just a quick update!
GamebaseST is progressing very well, it is now at v3.5d, which (if you understand my version numbers) means 400 games have been added since the last public release. I should be more, but I have ended up restructing almost everything to make it more accessible for users. I also decided to add all game demos to the database, the main source of which are magazine coverdisks. I can think of nothing better that allowing the user to launch a demo and read the relevant page in the magazine it came from, all with just two clicks of the mouse.

Re: GamebaseST alive & kicking
i was just about to give the GameBase a bit of an update, then i read this forum.
I had started by doing the same thing that has already been done (moving the Pasti files to the Extras).
i have also updated the script for Hatari and Steem SSE to use 5MB HD image files (approx 1000 cracked HD games available).
They all boot into the "workbench" (yes i owned an Amiga)
and require a mouse click to load.
Is there any news on the project?
i would love to help get this project updated and released.

No update in 4 years for us?
Something tells me the project is deader than A-line flares with pockets in the knees!

@ Atari-Folks,
I have GameBase AtariST 3.1d - on Windows10/64 bit running...
do you know, how I can swap PKunzip into 7Z Commands?
...or where can I find the latest GameBase Atari-Version?
(Parts with new commands are enough for me.. ...I am going to add my fav. PublicDomain Games on my side..
Thanks
