Amiga Memory

Post by Macca »

Wanted: 8MB RAM for Apollo 1230 Turbo LC 030 Accelerator

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Must be compatible with the above.

Some details about that accelerator can be found on the following page:

http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search.pl?dir=a1200proc

Having a awful time with it at the moment for all I know it could be the accelerator card that is faulty - but just not sure.

If anybody has a spare 8MB lying about then please let me know.

Get rid of that Amiga 1200 piece of crap and get yourself an Amiga 2000, 3000, 1000, or 500. The Amiga 1200 computer is one of the worst of all the Amiga models. The Amiga 600 and 4000 are the other 2 Amiga models that SUCK !!!! The highest quality Amiga is the Amiga 2000 Series- Commodore's Flagship Amiga. :D
Atari ST - The second best computer of the '80s

I could just link to sights that have the 1200 towers running at over 100Mhz, etc. it's a versatile machine if you know what you're doing!

The Amiga 2000 is okay - nothing I'd go crazy about. All I need from an Amiga is to have a hard-drive and be able to run most games.

Horses for courses I'm afraid mate. I prefer the 1200.

And I still need memory, more importantly!
