SDL Stella / Atari 2600 vcs emulator

Hi,

A new port available here for 020/CF.
Stella is an Atari 2600 emulator

You may need to tweak sound settings (in the option button -> sound). For me I've set buff to 256bytes and freq. to 48khz to get a pretty sound is good quality.
You'll have to restart stella in order to save the new configuration.

I tested Stella on my Pi400 and it's very slow too.

For information attached my Pi400 Kronos cpu/fpu bench.
