The first game featured some guy or kid that would throw rocks or something at some birds that would come walking on the branches on the threes, you would lose a life or something when you would get hit by their poo:
The other game featured some chef (maybe) that would use a cast with what looked like a hipopotamus as a bait for creatures that would be underneath, I don't remember if the hipopotamus could shoot something at them, or how you would stop them from climbing up, but these, let's say reptiles, would climb up and then kill you (or your hipopotamus, I can't really recall well):
Further background information on how I played these games: I'm not sure if what I owned was an atari or a clone of it, because the only cartridge that I owned then was a single cartridge with many games in it, including games like mouse trap, M*A*S*H and others. I've tried to find them in the past looking at sites with a good amount of thumbnails for most of the atari games, and other different sites with no luck, hopefully someone with good memory can recognize any of these games and give me a name, I would just like to play them again, and the Hippo one had a funny melody when you would respawn, thanks in advance.
But I don't think these are ST games; the small hint for me was 'one of several games on a cartridge, the ST was disk-based (easy mistake - a friend at work said they had an ST, followed by "You had to load games from tape, didn't you?" - They didn't see my fist until it was too late).
