Just reminds me how much I loved Jaguar XJ220. Played it a decent amount on my friend's Amiga.

Add 'Cyber World AKA The Paranoia Complex' because although planned I don't think an Atari ST version was ever released into the wild.

Falcon Utopos II which Bloodhouse wew claiming was going to beat the Amiga 1200 version, with 16-bit sound and true colour graphics.

Jack The Ripper (a platform game due December 1994) and Cyberdome (due January 1995)...

Unique Developments claiming both would push the STE to it's limits.

Chris Dillon, MD of Caspian Software talking (in 1994):

"we've got a couple of ST games in the pipeline. They're bigger and better than even Zero-5...Caspain Software are going to be around for years to come."

Any ideas what these might have been?

Zeewolf:Andy Smith, PR Manager for Binary Asylum, said when they software house was first formed, the plan was to write for the ST first and then port to the Amiga..

They wouldn't be doing Falcon or STE enhanced versions as they had managed to fit the 3D polygon engine into a stock 512K ST, they wanted the game to be available to as many ST owners as possible, game was fast and colorful enough on a stock ST and they saw little point in adding features only some users could enjoy.
