Not sure where alienkidmj12 lives, but I got mine in less than a week it seems! Still wondering if I should order a second Lightning for my Mega STe I probably will, but money is a bit tight at the moment.

It works great in the TT030!

I would be interested in the Lightning but as far as I can tell it doesn't fit with the Atari FastRAM board in place. Oh well. It's a pity I missed out on the Storm as I've just acquired a couple of 32MB EDO sticks from a friend.

I just took my Atari FastRAM card out of the box and looked, that thing is hige compared to the Storm.

I would recommend ordering both the Storm and Lightning. Pretty sure they are still making the Thunder/Storm, right?

No, they had the last batch last year so as to concentrate upon the Lightning.

This is not true. If enough people order via thunderstorm (at) tuxie (dot) de, new Storm and Thunder will be made -- as soon as Matthias has time.

I just learned from Matthias that he's now busy producing a new batch of Storm fast-RAM cards. Your chance to order one?

I’ve just purchased a TT, is there any chance of a new run of storm and thunder cards? :?:

Reviving an old thread here, since I am curious if these boards are still available. What is the current situation?

(I did try to email the thunderstorm account on tuxie.de but got no response yet)

Matthias will reply to your email. Please bear in mind that we're only working on Thunder/Storm/Lightning in our spare time and sometimes life (business trip, vacation, family, ...) gets in the way. We respond to mails as quickly as possible, but please don't expect response times like when contacting a big company that has sales and support departments.

As far as I know there are at least some Thunder boards currently available.

Thanks for the reply, I did not mean to criticize anyone.
Seeing as previous replies in this threads regarding ordering of the boards aren't of later date, I was not sure this was a project that was still active or not.
Hence me asking :)

There is no rush, take your time.

/Joakim

I'd be interested in getting Storm as well. Want to see how it works with Atari UNIX aka ASV / SVR4.

Is there a waiting list anywhere for people who are interested in this product(s), and would like to be included in any future orders?

Tenox, 1SPA, did you contact the official order email address? thunderstorm@tuxie.de. Matthias should be able to tell you when the next batch is planned.
