i would like to see some good programer finish this doom engine
this runs well on a stock falcon, the best atari falcon doom engine i have found

Yes, I have tried them all. PMdoom isn't playable due to it not being dsp optimised, I have also heard someone else criticising the code saying it has no chunky2planar routine but having no idea of programming 3d engines on falcon or otherwise so I have no idea of the validity or relevance of this.

I have an ste 4mb... with a 20mb powerdrive slimline and a cumana external fdd.
And a falcon 14mb w/ ct63 + ctpci

You might have to post some help on some forum that is specialized for game development. I think it is not easy to finish that doom engine. You might encounter some buggy and crashes to the game.

Has anyone taken up the GTA port as a project?

Now that would be very cool indeed :D
STE: Desktopper case, IDE interface, UltraSatan (8GB + 512Mb) + HXC floppy emulator. Plus some STE's/STFM's

It has got to be possible, especially with SD / CD storage.

Making very good use of Hardware scrolling! ;)
