[YM2149] Cover tunes

Post by DataPro »

I am looking for YM2149 covers

Do you know if someone tracked "Gangnam Style" or "Gentleman" from PSY ?

I never heard of covers from those tunes... maybe because they are not worth it... but thats simply my subjective opinion :)

I understand your opinion.

I just feel that it could sound good on Atari ST.

Pink Floyd cover should be more interesting, musically speaking but I doubt Atari YM2149 would make something good...

Good music is art. Pink Floyd could be poked into the YM2149 registers from the sheet music, or, a special composition could be created for the YM2149. One song would beep and boop, the other would soar. Check out YM Rockers, there are albums to be heard (Classic YM2149).
