Looking for source for 1.27mm pitch headers

Post by exxos »

cdghfifj.jpg
I brought these years ago, big bag, but can't remember where from and can't find the bag.

I have been unable to find any anywhere other than pins which are much longer :(

I think the pins are 7.5mm high, but 6.5mm would be better. If anyone knows or can go hunt for a source then please let me know...

Yeah, I've emailed all the sellers already as they don't list the pin lengths

I'm blind then. Will have to email them and ask the thickness of the spacer as that is important as well.

I need some for a few non atari related projects, so I've bought from that aliexpress link, when they turn up i'll measure the spacer, assuming you don't get an email reply first :)

I've ordered some where the plastic looks like 1mm high (most look like 2 or 3mm which is to high) The guy says 7.2mm, so at least is something. Though the pins are still about 1mm to tall, so 6.2mm would be better.. Harwin sell them, I requested some samples, but much more expensive and hard to get it seems as well.

mine have just turned up, 7mm tall, plastic bit appears to be 1mm tall, gap appears to be 1.2mm, though all those measurements were done with a school ruler :D

will check later with my vernier.

slightly more accurate results from my digital caliper, though they don't look like they are the size you were after.

edit: though if i measure between the centre of a pin to the centre of the next one (tricky to get a pic) they are 1.27 mm apart.
