does anyone have a list of cores that work without any expansion modules installed?

I can't seem to find this information. thanks

Genesis and ao486 at least. Those two can keep you busy enough until you get an SDRAM expansion.

Thanks so much for all the answers... i left my genesis in portland, and i've been kicking myself... now i can play genesis again!!

Also looking forward to playing some tg16 and Commodore!

I'm really stoked that i discovered this awesome project.

That list is now out of date, BinaryBond007, as is the video I did about this. The best way users can find out what works is to use the link Sorge posted above.
