Hi Sorgelig, got my Terasic board a few days ago, and have now installed the MISTer stuff on it. Worked first time. Had good fun playing some old Atari 2600 stuff - Pac Man, Space Invaders, Jungle Hunt. The HDMI feature makes things a lot less complicated compared to MIST.

My donation reflects my general happiness about your work on MISTer and also your MIST cores before that. Hopefully it will help to finance some hardware for your ongoing development work.

I've got a question!

If I donate to you... it is asking me if I pay for goods and services. Its checked by default. And it says that I'm protected then (which I dont need?).

If I remove it, they charge additional round about 4 Euro. (3,99)???
If I leave it nothing will be charged. But I wonder if you get the full donation then?

What Option is the best for you?

It seems additional fees are really high? I think I will donate less but bigger amounts then...

So If i donate you 5 Euro for "a drink or a pizza" and fees are 3,99 Euro... it makes absolutely no sense....

I never heard about such high fees. Usually it's like 1%-4% (and it has lower amount of absolute limit).
I'm not so familiar with paypal fees, so i'm affraid i cannot give you a definitive answer.
Also, different countries may have different fees.

No, they increased the fee of that second option.

I also had to pay a fee of 3.97 EUR for yesterday's donation. That was then just under 40% fees. Meanwhile Paypal seems to charge extremely high fees in certain situations. It would be nicer if all the money arrived.

It depends on the funding source, I find. If I family and friends from a bank account there are no fees, if I do it from a card there are fees.
