Until DrCoolZic gives you access, I can upload the dump for you if you drop it here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/DTUu6HMB7ojWWK4xjhjS
I've uploaded it in .7z format to your Dropbox, not tested it but should be OK, if not let me know :)

Cheers

I also have SCP to help. I just did Starflight by binary systems (EA) and made an STX out of it. Fun times.

You can either contact @DrCoolZic to ask for write access to the repository or use my DropBox upload link and I will transfer you SCP dump to the repository.

Can you please dump your disk with your GW in kryoflux mode ? Then upload it and i will check it and tell you what type of problem it has.
If it has none, i will then try to make an IPF out of it :)

@Kodak80 : can you please redump track 0.0 of APB disk 2 ? The copylock doesn't encode properly in IPF (it encodes fine on disk 1).

I will need to dig out my boxes of games to locate it and re-dump. Will see if I can do this over the weekend.

Thank you for checking the dumps.

Your original is modified on track 46.0 on disc 1. Someone saved on the disc.

I have updated the APB [Tengen] [KF-SCP] (KDK).7z file in the repository with [Kryofux-Atari ST] APB [Tengen] Disk2-re-dump (KDK).7z file inside which contains a couple of KF re-dumps of disk 2. Hopefully, one of these will be fine for IPF.

Well it looks like it's an unsupported Copylock version, or Steem is just failing on it. The CTraw file of disk 2 pass with no problem, and the IPF copylock reading is not working.

Can you test it with Hatari emulator to check if it is Steem?
