Diskette label art

Post by Stefan jL »

When i was younger i did some more "special" labels for some demo diskettes i had, nowadays it's very nostalgic to see them again... although i think only "Rip Dis" and "Electra" still look good

Please post your diskettes labels also :)

I'm pretty sure I did lots of demo disks like this, but they are in my loft somewhere :)

Nice efforts...

I done similar (mainly for demos), my menus I tended to use the fancy rub-on lettering straight to a sticky label

Ok, here come the ORIGINALS

2 (two) original "Life's a Bitch" demo disks as distributed at the release date on the Atari fair with all signatures of the creators on the label!

2 Self designed Labels for ULM disks

and the official sticker (1 out of 10) of the Dark Side of The Spoon

8) I like that one, Spiny. The label scuzz really adds to the overall composition. :D

A simple yet effective design I made about 3 years back....I plaster it on all Atari floppies these days.

it probably has the remains of 20 other labels stuck to it - disks were expensive 20 years ago :D re-use and recycle :D
