Nice work daeghnao! How did you produce such a work? Was it entirely pixel-painted? (If so, the texture on the character is awesome!) or did you scan some of it/convert from PC?

Has anybody tried running makedisk using the DOSbox emulator? It won't be very useful. If DosBox supports disk images with non DOS geometry (it probably does, but I don't know for sure), then you could mount such an image and use Makedisk to produce an ST/MSA one. The above link I gave has a frontend type system that uses various image making progs. incl Makedisk I believe.
