Also Audio sculpture has the ST-Speech built-in, as a hidden feat.
It makes a sample file of it so you can save the ones that sounds good.
and you can edit the samples in AS!

there is a better prg that lets you set the speed and pitch on the speech.
i think is this one i'm thinking of.
