Re: Stonish.net - Atari ST Menu disks (Euroswap, FOFT, SFX...)
Cheers Brume, I did wonder if it was an issue with the file checker. Your copy seems to be the only true working copy, the current TOSEC versions are bad by the looks of it, in fact they are missing anything in their AUTO folder by the looks of it. Keep up the good work with the site, it is an excel...

Re: Stonish.net - Atari ST Menu disks (Euroswap, FOFT, SFX...)
Hi Brume, could you check your original disk copy of Lemmings 21 - does the File Checker ('F' key in the menu) fail on the BAT2_4 file?

Re: Maaasterssss Of Dy Youniverseeee :)
Ok I fixed the corrupted datas and I included a trainer ;) The problem is I don't know how to attach a file, if someone can help on this... Cheers ! Hi boulie1942, you can attach files by clicking the Attachments section when doing a post on here, that should let you attach a file. Hope that helps!

Re: Some disks incompatible with Steem?
Also, interestingly the File Checker ('F' key) on Lemmings 21 reveals a file is corrupt in the Stonish .MSA image (BAT2_4), whether this is true or just an issue with the File Checker remains to be seem, the Batman game seems to work OK but would need extensive testing to prove either way I suppose....

Re: Some disks incompatible with Steem?
To confirm, Pasti 0.2j DLL stops Steem SSE from opening the Stonish .MSA files for Lemmings 21, 22, 44, 45. The solution is to disable the Pasti use for ST/MSA files in the disk configuration options, leaving that to Steem SSE to handle directly. That is what was causing that particular issue. I sup...

Re: Some disks incompatible with Steem?
Hi there Steven, I have mostly resolved this now.. It appears that it was the Pasti plugin which was preventing those Stonish MSA files from opening in Steem SSE (now I'm using SSE 3.9.1). I was using Pasti 0.2j, it would seem that removing the DLL and later re-adding has allowed Steem SSE to open t...

Re: Some disks incompatible with Steem?
So.. after further inspection.. The Stonish .MSA files for Lemmings 21, 22, 44, 45 do not open in Steem (or MSA Converter), these disks are reported as being invalid. However, they do run properly in SainT and Hatari. So perhaps their structure/geometry causes an issue in Steem/MSA Converter? The TO...

Some disks incompatible with Steem?
Hi all, Perhaps somebody can assist me with something curious.. I'm using Steem SSE 3.9.0 and browsing through some disk images, It appears some disks do not open in Steem, example file: Lemmings 45. Both the TOSEC .ST file and the Stonish .MSA pop up with an error trying to run these disks in Steem...

Fire & Ice
Hi all,
Has anybody managed to get Fire & Ice working in SainT? I've tried a few versions (including the STF demo) and they all reboot the emulator.. They work OK in Steem. I've tried 512KB, 1MB, no difference.
Many thanks,
Q.

IK+ Eternal Fight (Steem Patch)
I had a nutty afternoon, decided on having an IK+ fight with no timer and well, just a big endless brawl lol. Here is the steem patch for Auto #25. - No player KO points. - No timer. - Score still works I think. - Just fun for scrapping, you will miss the bombs and ball sections though. - Apply at t...

Re: A few Magic Pockets questions about odd items.
Hi, This game still has some weird secrets within to this day! If my memory serves me correctly.. One of the chalices (gold?) lets you start each new level fully powered up I think, so pick that up on cave level 1 and you can test that theory out. The stripey ball has something to do with gold coins...

In the Steem snapshot (sts) file, the samples are reversed. I don't know why, but you just need to reverse them to get the correct again. Alternatively, using Debug Steem you can dump the raw memory, and the samples are in the correct orientation. The sounds are either 6KHz or 8Khz, but this does me...

Starquake trainer (steem patch)
Hi, I was messing about and made a Steem trainer patch for Starquake, which some of you may want to use to see the entire game etc - this patch gives you Infinite lives, energy, ammo and jump. The nasty cross and spikes still kill you but at least its a bit easier now.. Just stick this in Notepad an...

It would be good to get a full trainer for this game, it was always so tricky due to its trial and error gameplay. I've also just realised my patch above is a bit screwed, it just resets the counter to 0 and you eventually die. The lives memory byte is at 66f7 I'm sure, if you set it to "0D" then th...
