Re: Atari ST core

If anyone is having trouble with sound over HDMI I found a workaround: Go into settings and UART mode, and select midi.

Is there a way to remove a hard drive from a profile? - Once selected you only seem to able to select another HD image

HDMI does not work for me with that core. Analoge works though. But I have sound, and I'm quite happy with that. It's almost the first version, so there will be dragons :-)

Re: Minimig (Amiga) core discussion

What happens, when you try to use another kickstart rom? What roms have you tried? What is the size of your roms? After reset it just sets it back to KICK.ROM Do you save your settings? It could be that your settings files are write-protected. Yes, I did. But it didn't work. BUT with another SDcard...

I'm having a issue that the core insists on only using KICK.ROM, and not any of the other kickstarts roms that I have chosen in the menu.

TOS 2.06 works better than 1.62. The screen still goes of of sync a lot, but I can see the scroller more now.

Re: It's no more a MiSTery

Probably due to my monitoring. I can't get to the menu system at the end of the demo. If the monitor loses the sync, of course you won't get the OSD. Yes, but the monitor itself doesn't think that it looses sync :-) But perhaps that's due to the MiST using VGA? If it looses sync with either HDMI or...

Re: It's no more a MiSTery

I was a bit too fast. The credit scroll at the end of Systematic Error doesn't really work. The whole screen goes black and F12 doesn't bring up the GUI. Now I have the new core... Is this the vertical scroller at the end? It works on my 15khz display, but there's sure some shimmer. It looks like a...

This also has a problem (bug) in the Microwire handling (writes to mask register during transfer). Fixed now.
Confirmed. It works :-) Thanks!

A core that works as a card reader?

Is that possible with MiST? So that if you've connected MiST to a computer to power it, you could load a core that would make the SDCARD on the MiST would work as a removable device just like a normal card reader. I am by no means ableof doing that myself, but I would be more than happy to give some...

Normally, only the US version uses PAL mode, all other (european) version use NTSC. Unless you patched the config bit in the ROM header (least significant bit of byte 29).
You mean the other way around, right?

I can get Mono to work if I reset the MiST a few times, but no luck with color.
