Re: BBS Software - Best for TCP/IP or Multi Serial Lines
RatSoft ST was headed in the multi line direction when the Falcon was released, but never made it as far as I am aware. Not sure what happened with the author. I was running Ratsoft at that time, up to maybe 1995 or 1996. For a while, ///TurboBoard ST (another long drawn out story of drama from what...

Re: Floppy Disk Stream Image Repository
Has anyone tried the Cosmic Pirate SCP dump that is in the repository? I cannot get Steem or a real ST computer to recognise disk B when the game asks for it. Does anyone have an alternate dump of these disks? I just sent up a dump of Cosmic Pirate I did in May to dropbox. Don't think I sent it bef...

Re: Book project "The Crackers" - Let's make this happen
Just a crazy thought I had to throw out, not sure if this angle is something Marco thought about....
What about maybe discussing all the times the crackers fixed games, incompatible TOS, bugs, made them work on STe, Falcon, etc.

RE - Chopper X, I want to say original? I got it when it was new I believe, and I am US based. Remember it's MIDI well, since so few games supported it. I have attached a picture of the disk. I think many would be interested in the stats, to be honest, especially after all the effort you went to to collect the data.StickHead wrote: I did wonder if anyone would be interested in the stats. Maybe I'll pretty up the spreadsheet and publish that once we are all done.

Re: Cracktro / Demo menu disk assembled to go along with my YouTube Channel!
The aspect ratio of your videos seems wrong by the way, they are stretched vertically Update: ouch, I just realized they are in 60 Hz, the tunes are played too fast as well. Hello, I don't think things are stretched, at least I hope not, I try to make sure the aspect ratio is correct. Lotek mention...

Re: Cracktro / Demo menu disk assembled to go along with my YouTube Channel!

The recording software takes the incoming frame rate and saves that way to an MP4, and if the frequency changes, like 60 to 50hz, a new file is created on the spot. I can no...
