Re: PC Engine core
I was under the impression those were actual arcade games, not PC Engine games. Interesting. From how I understand it, they are conversions which were common in the OG romhacking scene in Japan in the late 80s. It was the same for the Famicom version of Gradius. Rumor has it, Konami made it deliber...

Re: PC Engine core
FYI, I got my PC Engine mini in from Japan and the PCE USB controller that came with it works great with MiSTer. Feels great. I didn't see a note that it was tested (no reason it shouldn't have worked) but I just wanted to throw out a confirmation. I also have fast polling on and have had no issues...

Re: Joystick testing thread
I got my Japanese PC Engine Mini today. It comes with the non-turbo controller and I can confirm that this controller works fine with MISTer. Hope that the turbo controllers will too, once they become available. Playing the PC Engine Core is about to become even cooler. You could have just purchase...

Re: Joystick testing thread
Hello. I hope this is the correct topic to post this: I bought a HORI Real Arcade Pro VX-SA for Xbox360 and changed the joystick for a Seimitsu-LS33-01. While the stick works fine under Win10, in the MISTer menu, when moving up or down, it oftentimes (but not always) skips a line, which is very ann...

Re: SDRAM board
Ever since the NeoGeo core was released, I am obsessed with the idea of putting my MiSTer (just the DE10 and a ram module) into a NeoGeo X dock's case. Problem is the height of the vertical ram module. Hence I am looking for a 128 MB horizontal outward module but it seems everyone is just doing ver...
