On the new digital I/O board, what are the three pins marked 3.3v IO6 and I/O used for?

Re: Arcade cores
Ok in the Retrodriven script for some reason something changes in an update to move the working directories from '_Arcade' to 'Games'. A simple fix is to copy the mame and hbmame folders from /fat/_Arcade to /fat/Games and it cured the problem. I would leave them in both locations in case a newer up...

Re: USB Hub board
My DE10 came with an American plug so I tend to use random 5V adapters, most are 2A but I seemed to have used a 500mA. Problem solved with a 2A supply.Newsdee wrote:What amperage was your old PSU?Heppaz wrote:I found the problem, the PSU wasn't powerful enough the power the DE-10 and the USB board.

Re: USB Hub board
it should work without any additional tweaks. Power LED will be ON if at least one USB device is connected. And of course USB hub has to be connected to de10. I have a device connected and connected to DE10 correctly. I dont seem to have 12mhz on the crystal though does this activate after initilai...

Re: USB Hub board
I have built a couple of the new 2.1 boards and get no joy, all soldering looks good and checks out with no shorts on the FE 2.1.
I am not using the protection have only shorted JP1, is there anything I am missing here?
The Power LED flashes when I power on and then nothing from the init.

Thanks.culexus wrote:I also got this on my first v6 board and what I found was a bad solder joint on on of the ressistor array, think it was RN2 just use flux and reflow them, also use a multimeter and check for bridges.
I checked the networks over and there was a dry joint on RN5.
All working good now

Re: I/O Board
Hi, does anyone know why my whites would be purple on the VGA output?
I/O Board V6

RGB colours seem to be displaying as normal.

Re: Minimig (Amiga) core discussion
Hi guys, total noob here.
Bought a DE-10 Nano and I'm trying to get this to work but I just get a black screen after selecting the kick.rom (works in uae)
I have done a little bit of digging and am now wondering if I need the ram board for this to work?
