Re: MSX1 from Fabio Belavenuto for Mist and SiDi

Something similar happened with the SNES core when it started to be tested, in the end it was able to work on MIST and MiSTica with different RAM manufacturers. The big problem I see with this core is that without the help and advice of someone who knows how to solve this kind of problems, it will m...

Re: MSX1 from Fabio Belavenuto for Mist and SiDi

@slingshot: I have been yesterday making a lot of tests, in order to find the right clocks to make sdram to work. I tried it with 0 degrees, -10, -15, -25, -30, and -90, when by default it was -45. None of the possible combinations has worked for me. Then I tried to change the clocks, ck0 to 21.4772...

Re: MSX1 from Fabio Belavenuto for Mist and SiDi

ManuFerHI ! Hello !!! My MISTica has the same RAM than classic MiSTs and may be what you said about the speed of the RAM. I have been trying to synthesize several approaches and there was not success, still not working. Maybe Gyurco could do a couple of tries since he has a lot of experience with MI...

Re: X68000 core

@c64tone You're right. Using "switch" from Human prompt, you can select the RAM , from 1 to 12 MB.
It works !
SASI hd images works fine, so with bigger images for SCSI don't-

@Sorgelig
It's a very good plan. Many people gets losted when trying to configure and operate the core.

Re: Atari ST core

Is there any possibility to add a 4:3 and 16:9 option at OSD in order to change the aspect ratio ? i will add such option. and, is there the option to assign a HD Image ( in example Mac Spectre GCR ) to the core ?. You can do that in MiST, but in MiSTer seems no to work. I'm not sure which core you...

Re: Laser 500 core

Laser 500 and 700 works fine with Apple DIsk][ drives. Shouldn't be so difficult to implement. I'll talk to rampa069, may be rampa can have some good ideas, you have a MP.

All the references I have for Laser 310 and it's Z80 speed , being at 3.54 MHz which differs with yours 3.57

Re: Laser 500 core

Nice! Are there any program sources on the net? Tried to google it without success... Unfortunately, Vtech Laser computers don't have a decent dump software library, which makes it very hard to find resources that can help you. There are many magazines with listings in Basic to type, in fact the Vt...

Re: Laser 500 core

Hi Antonio it's just and old usb svideo grabber connected to MiSTica's SVideo output. For a quick capture is good enough. There isn't much software for this machine, making it a bit rare, if not marginal. I knew the Laser in its time. I owned years ago a couple of Vtechs, so I changed them and now c...
