Located in the usa. I want cubase 3 mainly but I would consider a cubase 2 cart if it's not too expensive.

Using a NEC Multisync LCD1760NX every day with 0 issues! looks great!

I haven't found one capable of using the analog RGB signal from my ST though. My VGA box has a switch that can make it go from monochrome to RGB.
